This soundside Avon rental home has everything you need and more to enjoy quality time with your crew. Located in the Kinnakeet Shores community, you'll have access to the community pool and tennis courts as well as being centrally located to all there is to do in Avon and Hatteras Island in general. Food Lion grocery store, as well as local dining options, are less than a mile away and you'll also be just a 10-minute drive away from the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. Enjoy endless days at the sound with a 3-minute walk to the soundfront boardwalk. Plus, the beach is also a 5-minute drive away from Cape Hatteras National Seashore Ramp 38 beach access. Complete with plenty of parking and 4WD vehicle access, it's the perfect place to take family and friends for an amazing beach day. There's plenty of fun to be had at Sun Kissed as well. At this 7-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom rental, you'll have access to your own private pool with Sonos sound system, hot tub, and theatre room!

Upstairs at Sunkissed, you'll find an open living area complete with a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for your family and friends. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare tasty meals during your stay. Additional kitchen amenities include 2 dishwashers and 2 standard drip coffee makers. The breakfast bar features seating for 6 and the dining room table features seating for 8 so there's plenty of space for all. Access to the furnished sundeck with stunning sound views rounds out this common area level, allowing you to experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets daily during your stay. On this level, you'll also have access to the window nook that gives you views of Sound Point and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. When you want to have some fun inside, the rec room has everything you need including a TV and foosball table, perfect for friendly competitions with your crew. There's also a theatre room that features surround sound giving you an immersive movie experience. Each bedroom at Sunkissed is spacious and provides the ultimate space to relax and unwind during your stay. Additional amenities at Sunkissed include a foosball table, hammock, poolside seating, and WiFi internet access.

Property needs attention to meet expectations of renters!! Pictures on the VRBO site are NOT reality!! Unusable basketball court, unusable foosball table, broken shades, mold, frayed carpets, broken glass, inoperable theatre sound/outdoor speakers… etc. etc. Ultimately, false advertising, extremely poor property management! Total let-down for price!!
