“Nice room, good view , washer dryer was good, breakfast had a good selection and excellent location.”

“Room was Lovely , nice and clean and great staff. Unfortunately noisy cars zooming past most of the night so little sleep. Probably could do with tripple glazing also black out blinds or curtains that fit better may block out the city lights. ”

“Rooms are good, specious, heater was not working great despite of following the instructions of keeping recommended temperature setting, Electric blankets was helpful as there were very cold weather. The most annoying thing was there was not good house keeping, they just replaced towels everyday - nothing else. No beds done, no general cleaning… I spoke to the managers/owners as well but didn’t make any difference. I would not go again here because of this. ”

“Diana and Noel are the best host and hostess we have experienced in years of staying in B&B accommodations. They are kind, helpful, and delightful company. Their home is beautiful, cozy and full of charm. They provide ample space across many rooms in their home. Your breakfast is home cooked delicious and coffee amazing (Noel is a first rate barista). ”

“Camera non molto pulita e da rinnovare nell'arredamento e come infissi; rumorosa a causa delle molle sulle porte che quindi sbattono. Abbiamo trovato la finestra aperta, a circa 2,70m di altezza, siamo dovuti salire sulla scrivania per chiuderla (a maggio non è il caso di dormire con le finestre aperte!!) e la vista fuori dalla finestra è un muro.”

“One of a kind experience staying right in front of the water in a boutique hotel. We watched the starry sky and sunrise as well as the hospitality from the staff and owner. We were also lucky enough to enjoy some amazing Bluff oysters jext door and the quality was amazing! The owner Andy is very chatty and accommodating which makes the stay more memorable!”
