“When we arrived, the reception staff had a terrible attitude. We had called beforehand to check if the pool was open and were told it was, but when we got there, it was closed—and the supervisor wouldn't even come out to speak with me.”

“We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Conroe, Texas. The hotel was nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was that they kept towels available at the pool, which was very convenient and a thoughtful touch. “No pool no breakfast even though the booking says breakfast included ! Carpet was so stained, not only that we had flea’s!!”

“The room was clean but it had a sanitation smell like bleach. The AC in the room did not stay cold. It was hard to sleep bc it humid and hot. It was rowdy when we got there. The staff and some other customers were having a disagreement about their stay. We did not stay our two nights. We left a day early.”
