Awesome holiday
I've been in Napa Mermaid Hotel at the end of May 2018. I had a wonderful vacation also thank to the hospitality of this hotel. We've been luck and we had a room upgrade (super clean and comfortable). The swimming pool is clean and very relaxing with a great view to the sea. Breakfast is rich of different kind of food, continental and local. The beautiful sandy beaches are just 100m far away from the hotel. I would recommend to anyone to join this hotel for vacation.

La struttura e' buona, ma non di diretto accesso alla spiaggia. considerando la bassa stagione non ci sono molte alternative per poter prenotare, altrimenti avrei scelto una struttura direttamente fronte mare.

The hotel is a good 3/4 stars. rooms comfortable and a beatiful swimming pool. The breakfast is various and abundant. I don't give the maximum score because the rate per night is Too much considering the lack of a direct seaside access

Hotel bello, pulito e comodo
L'Hotel è bello, ben frequentato, atmosfera elegante, di medie dimensioni, mai confusione, arredi eleganti e raffinati, livello di attenzione al cliente di alto livello, pulizia e ordine nelle parti comuni e nelle camere, perfetta. Per stendersi in riva al mare basta attraversare la strada, la spiaggia é pubblica ma attrezzata con comodi lettini e ombrelloni come in tutta Cipro, noleggiabili a poco prezzo. Docce, spogliatoio, lavapiedi gratuito. Presente taverna sul mare per assaporare l'ottima cucina locale.

In vacanza a febbraio abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel sulla base dei giudizi letti e confermiamo si tratta di una bella struttura in buona posizione, una strada la separa dal mare Abbiamo cenato discretamente e il personale e' molto cortese e attento ad ogni richiesta. Sicuramente da consigliare

Ottimo hotel davvero. Accogliente, elegante, intrattenimenti serali, colazione davvero completa, buone stanze, spiaggia vicina. Wifi ben funzionante. Sarebbe perfetto se fosse un po' più vicino al centro di Napa che comuunque si può raggiungere con 15 minuti di cammino.

Hotel molto ben rifinito e con molti confort. La posizione è buona anche se non ottimale. Si trova a 200 metri a piedi dalla spiaggia più grande di di Agia Napa; obiettivamente ci sono diverse strutture che si affacciano direttamente sul mare e più vicino rispetto al centro del paese, circa 15/20 minuti a piedi.

Uno dei migliori hotel in cui sono stato
Hotel estremamente elegante, in un'ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro di Agia Napa. Ottima la colazione a buffet, splendida la piscina esterna e la veduta dalla camera. Pulizia impeccabile. Uniche pecche, peraltro veniali: la piscina scoperta chiudeva troppo presto (18), ho provato Jacuzzi migliori, camera di dimensioni non grandissime. Ma sono comunque difetti molto ma molto veniali, ci tornerei subito

Juniorsviten var större än vad vi trodde och sol hela dagen på den stora balkongen med fantastiska solnedgångar!! Vi var där ”offseason” så många restauranger var stängda men hotellets restaurang hade (oavsett varje kvälls temabuffeer) en bra a la carte meny och roomservice!! Fantastisk också att vi fick vara kvar på rummet till kl 17.00 för vi hade en kvällsflyg!!

The hot tub was old and water Luke warm and needed a clean and was old and the pillow was not there. We could not use it. The first bedroom plug got stuck in basin. The television did not work in the lounge. Water with a meal in the restaurant with a bar was a cost each time and we were full board. Dust on the televisions in the bedrooms and black suede cushion on couch dirty. The place needs a thorough deep clean. The men by the pool bar if you don’t leave a tip they don’t smile. The only good things was the Mexican salad was delicious and the men behind the bar and the reception were always nice and pleasant. 5000 I spent I should have had an amazing clean in working order suite. This is not a four star hotel.

Nice hotel, on the outskirts of town, if your going for the nightlife in Aiya Napa it might be a little too far away, but if your after peace and quiet then it’s perfect. Good facilities in the hotel, gym was good enough that we used it 4 days out of 7, and the spa looked good although we never used it. Large range of food for breakfast in the main hotel dining area with a second restaurant next to the pool with great views for a lunch looking at the sea. The room was good (Deluxe suite with sea views) , although maybe a little dated and could use a bit of tlc, but everything worked as it should with plenty of space. The hot tub does need a good professional clean, and the cover for the pumps needs new fittings as it is lose. Every staff member we spoke too was friendly, polite and well dressed, very professional looking. All in all we would stay again if ever back in Cyprus.

A very clean and tidy hotel, conveniently placed a 10 min walk from the hustle and bustle of the town. Clean beach within 2 mins. Very nice outside seating areas which were great for meeting up with the rest of my group. Staff were attentive but not overly so and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Special thanks to the concierge who went above and beyond and was also very entertaining.

Bella vacanza di relax con sorpresa inattesa
Abbiamo scelto questa bella struttura sulla base anche delle buone recensioni precedenti e per il prezzo ragionevole richiesto. Tutto è andato bene, parcheggio auto gratuito, bella camera silenziosa con terrazzo vista mare, personale disponibile, buona colazione, piscina e lettini disponibili, zona tranquilla, ottima spiaggia a 150 metri dall'hotel. Ho apprezzato molto la sorpresa che mi hanno organizzato in camera facendomi trovare una torta con due bottigliette di vino per brindare al mio compleanno. Sono iniziative che fanno stare bene e che migliorano il proprio soggiorno. Grazie.
