“Disappointing experience . When I informed reception at 6.15 pm that we had no water for the bath or shower I was told there wasn't any maintenance available . So neither I or my wife could have a shower that evening or the next morning ( today ) . On check out I reminded the manager of this problem , but no redress or discount was offered ; until I asked for a discount . “Our room did not have any heat; it was cold and I was ill. Someone tried to get the heater to work (unsuccessfully); they brought a space heater and extra blankets. The bathroom light was missing a bulb; loose tiles on the bathroom floor; we had to move our car from the lot before 8:30 am due to construction (on Saturday?). We needed to ask for a partial refund, but no one was available when we moved our car and left.”
