Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Great to have all ensuite facilities. Good kitchen and dining area. Lovely garden and views. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Good communication before stay and during.We will definitely stay again.

Lovely East Sussex Stay

The property is beautifully decorated and the accommodation is excellent. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is a very spacious comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen and a delightful sunroom. There were nice grounds and a lovely pool. It is also a very good location for visiting the coast and exploring the local towns and villages, of which there are many historic and interesting places to go.

Great property

Excellent property, parking for 4 cars with ease…could fit 2 more on if needed. We enjoyed the pool all weekend, even with some drizzle which soon brightened into lovely sunshine. It was perfect for what we needed. Lovely bedrooms with ensuite, lovely kitchen and plenty of space inside to entertain.

Excellent stay

We had a lovely week. The property itself is clean and has all the facilities you need. Very comfortable and feels like a home from home. The swimming pool was excellent,a lovely temperature and in the sun the majority of the day. Communication with Michael was friendly and easy.

Amazing property

This property is stunning. Immaculate inside and out. Very well maintained and lots of thought has gone into the details of each room. The outside pool was very clean and warm. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. We had a fabulous time ,and Michael&Anna the hosts were so friendly,helpful and kind. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent property for weekend getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous property. The heated pool coupled with the good weather made our stay extra perfect as we were really able to make the most of the lounge area outside as well as spending a lot of our time in the beautiful conservatory. The spacious rooms all had their own bathrooms and the property had been kept extremely clean and well equipped in every way for our arrival. Have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay here! Will definitely be recommending it to our friends and family and hope to be back ourselves too one day!

Perfect place for group stay

House was great for group of 8- each room had it's own bathroom and tv and we didn't have to worry about being too loud as very private. We loved the pool and garden area. House has everything we needed. Location was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ashland’s. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. The design is minimal without being clinical. All the bedrooms were en-suite and the decor stylish but cosy . The beds & bedding very comfortable and most of the rooms have lovely views over the garden & the pool . My grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor heated pool . The kitchen diner is also very spacious and comfortable and tastefully designed . It would be useful to have a boot rack and coat stand outside the front door and in the hallway . Lovely location .

Great place would definitely stay again

My partner and I along with two other couples wanted a place to stay during a short trip to Hastings. This property was perfect! Exceptionally clean throughout with lovely touches too. The pool was fantastic and a lovely kitchen large enough for us all to cook in. We had an issue with the heating/gas a few times which was rectified efficiently by the home owners. I would definitely stay here again and recommend The property to others!

Lockdown getaway

We stayed here at the beginning of August and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Michael and Amanda met us promptly at the our specified time and ensured that the property was cleaned and up to standard. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and clean and as each bathroom was ensuite this made it so convenient. The pool was amazing and was probably used the most during our stay. Our only criticism was that there was no lighting to the outside area. Apart from that we would definitely stay here again.
