“Great hotel, great for dogs, food was amazing, I love a good steak, I send back lots of steaks as they are not cooked how I like them but this was spot on... bed was so good, and the breakfast was a great fry up.. could not fault it”

“Disappointing experience . When I informed reception at 6.15 pm that we had no water for the bath or shower I was told there wasn't any maintenance available . So neither I or my wife could have a shower that evening or the next morning ( today ) . “The room was nice and big. The staff were friendly. The location was great, near lots of pubs and restaurants. The pub is good too, with friendly people. Not necessarily suited for young children on friday night as the area is loud until 0030, although it did quieten down once bars were shut. The shower water pressure in the evening seemed a lot lower than the morning.”

“We had an amazing 4 days at the property. The owner was fantastic providing us with bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, butter amongst other things. The property was lovely and cozy and would highly recommend. The high street was a short walk with some great dining options ☺️”

“Super stay. Bright, clean room Superior Classic. Had tasty sandwich lunch outside in sunshine. The hotel is wonderfully situated, set back from the road and coastline. Beachy Head walks very close by and superb promenade walks right out front by the sea. Great for Congress Theatre. Splendid historic building, facilities and friendly staff. Parking on site. Fabulous varied breakfast....cereals, fruits, smoked salmon/meats/cheeses and served hot breakfasts. Love it there. Thanks”
