“The room was clean and quiet. The fridge had a small freezer as well. There was also a microwave. There was plenty of drawer space. The bed was comfortable. There were nice views and a trailhead on the property. Easy drive to Smith Rock State Park. ”

“We chose to stay at Eagle Crest primarily because my partner is an avid golfer. Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. At check-in, neither front desk staff member appeared to be familiar with ADA requirements regarding service animals. I was told I would be charged a pet fee and placed in a pet-designated room, which is not appropriate for service animals. I asked them to clarify the policy and call me, but did not receive a response, though I assume they consulted with...

“Stayed mid week and it was quiet! Clean rooms and several breakfast options!”

“Great room and great location. The view was nice too! It was close to all the shopping and restaurants. It was easy to check in and check out. The only thing I noticed was that one of the parking spaces had a bolt sticking out of one of the bumpers that could have damaged any car parking there. We would love to stay here again in the future! ”

I use you so I don't have to call the hotel for the reservation. If I have to call the hotel in advance to make sure the amenities are available what do I need expedia for?”
