“This property is a gem for sure. The suite was a good size with separate living, bathroom and bedroom areas. Very nice stay and comfortable bed! There is no on site staff, they text you the room code. That was nice too.”

“The room had a lot of broken things. The lights next to the beds didn’t work. The hot water knob on the bathroom sink had water leaking from it whenever you turned it on. The toilet paper was cheap. I booked a room for 3 people with 2 beds but they only gave us 2 towels. The pool and hot tub were pretty dirty which I get West Texas winds and dirt so not sure they can help that. We had a charge to our room for breakfasts which we didn’t eat or charge to the room and have yet to get a call that...

“When I called to advise I will be checking in late the “manager” informed me my reservation was canceled. No one called me or tried to reach me as to why. When I asked for a manager she stated she was the manager and started yelling. Worst customer service especially from a “manager”. ”

“Parking lot is lit up like a Friday night lights which is good because the parking lot had some sketchy folks. The hotel did not have drinking water because the vending machine was empty. The shower has no door or curtain so water accumulated on the floor. ”

“The breakfast had the usual offerings. The room was clean with LV flooring. Much more sanitary than carpeting. The AC kept us cool. The hallway was quiet. They accept pets which is a big plus for us. We always stay at this hotel when coming to Lubbock.”
