“Room was pretty clean, the sofas and bathrooms could have been better but the bed was clean. Love the refrigerator and freezer, plus the ice bags were super helpful for especially for roadtrips. Restaurant is good nice staff. Can be loud if your room is outside around pool. Great for families though.”

“No clean towels, nobody was there for cleaning the whole entire time, the breakfast is poor”

“The restaurant was very quiet for a Saturday at dinner time. Room was clean. The elevators looked questionable. Quiet even though there was a couple tour buses hecked in and I was put next to the elevators”

“Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. “Have stayed here a number of times in the past, but will have to re-think after this last stay. The property is in a great location, but is showing its age. Thermostat was not working properly in our bedroom unit (heat coming on in the night during Lubbock summer?), closet doors did not stay closed, and bedside plugs that did not work were just a few annoyances. The breakfast bar was also pretty poor by all accounts.”

The bathroom had numerous cracks in the grout on a number of places, forcets on shower fixtures ,cracks in the toilet seat questioning the spread of infectious bacteria. The toilet grout at the base was cracking leading to overflows of fluids from showering. I do have pictures and videos of these areas as I was disappointed in the upkeep...
