“Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. “The room could have done with a bit more attention to detail o ly one bed was made we had to come home from a wedding and make a bed at the cost we paid I would have expected the beds to be made up,also went hang my clothes and cobwebs inside wardrobe and we would not have sat on the lounge as it was pretty stained.apart from that it was a lovely area the staff at front desk were very nice it was a good little unit but could definately be improved.Id suggest removable covers on lounge so it can...

“The customer service was outstanding Kelly was amazing and ease of check in and check out was incredible. The chalet was sufficiently supplied with great kitchen utensils and Bathroom etc with high quality Shampoos and Conditioners etc. The only thing that failed was the chalet was not cleaned and there is black mould in the bathroom and toilet, floor also needed to be swept and moped, especially for the price we paid. Would stay again if it was cheaper.”

“The resort services are good. Very kind and nice the staff. The apartment, not really new, is efficient and enjoyable even if not fully equipped (kitchenware). Ordinary cleaning was ok, while the heavy cleaning was really disappointed: webs, dust on the window blinds and window glasses.”
