Azienda vinicola Tenuta Torciano: Tour e Visite Guidate

Camera piccola ma confortevole, con un personale cortese e molto disponibile. L'hotel è situato in perfetto centro, distante 10 minuti dalla stazione a piedi. Vicinissimo ai monumenti più belli di Lucca, a bar ristoranti ecc.

There nothing to like about this property. Advertisement photos did not represent the actual condition of property. Pictures of fresh pastries and refreshments as well as dining area did not exist. Staff when asked about breakfast area was quite rude, dismissive, and defensive. We tried to cancel at that time for a partial refund but was denied. There was also a lack of accountability on their fraudulent advertising. The air conditioning was barely working, the place smelled musty, and carpeting to the entrance was stained and old. (by the way the advertised pic was tile with a large arched glass door that did not exist) I would never recommend this place and would have never booked it if we knew the true condition of the hotel.
