“Pretty new hostel at 10 mins walking distance to Ponta Delgada center. I stayed in a private room which had a balcony in common with a dormitory. Overall the stay was nice but you hardly meet any staff during the day (if you plan to arrive outside the check-in hours make sure to call them in advance to get the access door code). “The staff at PDL was so awesome. The breakfast was fresh, healthy and lovely. The rooms were clean and the location was great! It’s walking distance to the marina, great restaurants and local shops. We would definitely visit again. So lovely!”

“For a hostel experience this place was outstanding. Clean, everything like brand new, good check-in experience, communication responsive, and centrally located. On a bus route, tho' I recommend renting a car if possible as everything on Pico Is. is more accessible if you have your own transportation. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone! especially solo travelers like myself.”
