“The whole check-in process is a bit confusing if using 3rd party reservation sites as details are minimal. The reception desk is not on the main floor and buried down on the 5th basement level and you have to navigate multile halls to get to a specific bank of elevators. The checkout process should have been easy with a self check out machine but it kept giving an error when trying to deposit the rooms keys. It kept saying error and to go to the check in desk. I would but I'm at the SELF...

“Great location, minutes walk to the subway and the beach. Clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff who gave us solid food recommendations. We loved the pool, but it was a bit inconvenient because we couldn't bring room towels/robes to the pool and there was no changeroom so we had to awkwardly ride the elevator with our soaked bathing suits. A bit confusing upon arrival because there's two hotels next to each other with very similar names.”
