“I NEVER write reviews. But the hospitality and overall property condition were so good, I had to write one. We booked the cottage for a couple's weekend. The property is gorgeous and perfect for what we needed. In addition, the owners provided snacks, wine and instructions to leave the cleaning completely to them. Was one of the best vacation rental experiences I've encountered. In addition, downtown Sebring just received an HGTV makeover and is a great visit.”

“We stayed for a wedding at Bella Cosa. Great location and very close to the venue! Hosts were quick to respond and the house was great! ”

“Overall I enjoyed the property. Check in process easy. Had difficulty communicating with property owner. Appliance not working, he was supposed to send someone but did not. Also he referred to a booklet which I never found. The bathrooms upstairs were not the cleanest. But we enjoyed the pool”

“The property was easy to locate. The neighborhood is quiet; streets and yards are clean. Despite a few questions about how to access TV, and getting the sofa bed opened, our stay was excellent! Home was very clean and smelled good. Plenty of space for us. The screened porch overlooking the lake was a major plus. Also, the large bedroom upstairs overlooking the lake was great.
