Hotel vicino a Back-to-the River Trail - Omaha

“From the valet greet to the reception champagne glass and energetic and warm welcoming hospitality. We couldn’t ask for a better way in to the hotel. Everybody was top tier with warm smiles. Made our stay worth while. This was our first time in Omaha and they definitely made us wanting to come back for the stay. Thank Farnam and staff for all that they do! 5 star across the board.”

“Upon arrival the TV did not work.Called the front desk 4 times and no answer. So I took the remote control to the front desk and exchanged it for another one. Still didn’t work. At 9:00 pm the front desk said they could have a maintenance person check it later. I asked for a discount but the manager refused since we didn’t want to wait until after 10pm for a maintenance person. Terrible service especially since I have been a rewards member for a dozen years.”

“Non of our phones would connect to the internet even though we normally have no issues. The hotel ironically offered internet for a charge. The parking garage was so full people were parking along the sides because there were no spots. I think they should dedicate specific spots just for the hotel guests. ”

“Snack bar is expensive. No fridge or microwave in room. No breakfast included. Not constructed very well. Could hear every footstep from the people above us. Nice for the price. One and done for us.”

“Pretty clean hotel in the heart of downtown. You're close to pretty good restaurants within walking distance, old town is right there for you to take a stroll through. Rooms are pretty clean, fairly modern, and the multi-story parking underneath is great if you're traveling through or are visiting the city for work.”

“The pool was broken, they charge over $20 to park in their lot. It was overall an ok weekend. ”

“Hotel was great and breakfast was delicious. Our only negative point was the shower in both bathrooms were really bad. Both lacked pressure and one nozzle was stuck so we couldn't move it to a better position. ”

“Very nice lobby area and clean, comfortable rooms. The location is a bit tricky to get into, and there are no elevators. But the staff is super friendly and it was overall a very pleasant experience!”
