“We were driving to Chicago and stopped for the night in Omaha. We found a good deal on this cute older hotel and were very pleasantly surprised. It was clean and modern and updated inside. The shower was great, the room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. Friendly staff, highly recommended!”

“great central downtown location. Staff were great and hotel was very clean, comfortable and safe. Stayed in a suite with kitchen facilities which was great for the time we were there. Parking is at the carpark next door and simple to arrange but is not covered in cost of the room. definitely recommend.”

“the location across from the Orpheum Theater and near the old market was wonderful. their restaurant the Monarch was reasonable and delicious. Their valet parking was friendly and very secure, I will chose the Deco over every other downtown Omaha hotels every time.”

“We got the property for the pool for the kids. You couldn't hear in there because there were about 10 teenage boys in there who were screaming and stealing a ball from 3 girls. The girls parent went to the front desk who sent a worker back there. He said something to one of the boys then left. Didn't solve anything so we left the pool.”

“No place was very clean.Staff was very nice.Didn't like the fact that I paid for parking?And then when I came back about eleven o'clock eleven fifteen at night , there was no parking for me in any of the garages , or in the parking lot behind. You think if you were gonna charge people per slot fifteen dollars , you would make sure that you didn't oversell the parking lot outside of that everything was great”

“Staff was helpful. Room was pretty well kept except the toilet seat was broken and the faucet in the bathroom sink was loose and didn't shut off well.”

“Breakfast was good. Had to pay for parking and if I knew I wouldn’t have booked. Also said they have a jacuzzi and pool. No Jacuzzi so that was a boo! Also indoor pool was freezing could barely get my legs in. Not good as I was looking forward to swimming. The small fridge in our room has a timer in it so it was off and over night I turned off not keeping items cold as it should. Bad feature and not first friendly. Everything else was fine.”

“Our daughter’s wedding was held at the venue right next to the Element hotel. The convenience of the location to the venue was great! The availability of rooms, the type of rooms, the lack of controlling your room temperature, the fact that our rooms did not get cleaned or fresh towels offered daily, and the inconvenience of the parking garage bar code scanner were my least favorite parts of my stay here.
