“The location of the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were superb and clean. We loved the private beach and the pool. A huge, huge thank you to the servers and the kitchen staff at the restaurant. I arrived one day and really wanted a veggie roti. They only had chicken and beef on the menu. I asked our server if they had veggie and she said to me "not now but if you want one for dinner I will ask the kitchen to have it ready for you". And they did. And it was delicious! “Positives - The staff was very friendly and helpful The free breakfast- it shocked us all, as both the quantity and quality exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, adequate and clean. The grounds and property were also very well maintained, keep it up. A memorable view of the sunrise/sunset from your room/balcony and also the beach. “We’ve been staying at the Kariwak since 1993. Not much has changed. It still has a plethora of birds and tropical flowers, the staff is still amazing and the rooms are still clean. If you’re looking for luxury this isn’t for you but it’s beautiful just the same. We still love everything about it 32 years later. ”
