“The resort is outdated and in need for major upgrades and maintenance. The walkways to the rooms were poorly lit with portions being without lights and many parts were flooded due to leaks in the roof leading the tiles to be extremely slippery and hazardous. The room was outdated and not cleaned properly as the sheets and towels had hair on them. “Stayed for 3 nights with a friend under the all inclusive package. Check in took much longer than expected. No premium alcohol for the included drinks but it was still effective enough. Room was comfortable although shower was a little small. Meals were limited scope but possible to find something to eat for all diets. Taste of the food was not the best for each meal.”
