Underfloor heating throughout the accommodation ensures a cosy atmosphere at all times.Inside, you will not only find practical comforts such as a washing machine for shared use, a kettle, a coffee machine and a dishwasher, but also a private wellness area. This invites you to relax with a Swiss stone pine sauna, an infrared cabin and an indoor pool for two people. There is also a spacious living/dining area where all residents can gather and spend time together.Outside, the holiday home impresses with a sun terrace, a balcony and a garden for exclusive use. A carport and three outdoor parking spaces provide convenient parking. The immediate proximity to the forest offers ideal conditions for hiking, walking and enjoying nature.The location of the house is particularly attractive for winter sports enthusiasts. The nearest ski slope and a mountain/cable car are just 200 metres away, and there is also a ski school just 300 metres away.
