“The Iona Heights Inn was a lovely little gem right by Bras D'Or. The rooms are very cute and clean, with great views. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. ”

The staff were friendly and helpful. However, we did notice spiders, flies, and mosquitoes in our room, indicating a need for pest control. Additionally, the toilet bowl is too low, which may not be safe for guests with knee problems or osteoarthritis.”

“Excellent facilities and spacious rooms. Not a lot of food options in breakfast. Kids play area is very well maintained and heated outdoor pool is very relaxing. Bathrooms were clean but they could be bit better.”

“This property is in a convenient location to the Cabot Trail. Owner and staff are very attentive. The area lost power for a few hours and the owner gave us her reservation at a restaurant down the street that had a generator. So we enjoyed a wonderful meal and she stayed at the motel to attend to guests. We had a delicious breakfast at the restaurant at the motel before heading out to the Cabot Trail. If we are in the area in the future we wil definitely stay here again! ”
