“Very clean & good food”

“I stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend, and we were impressed from the interiors of this hotel. We checked in at 10.00 am so we had to pay half day more because the normal timing of the hotel was at 02.00 pm. The check in was fast but with some small misbehavior from the staff, because one girl standing in the back of the reception and playing candy crush on her phone jumped in the front when she heard we are doing the early check in and she said (2-3 times )in very unfriendly and arrogant...

“They forgot my welcome drink”

“Highly courteous staff dedicated to make your stay really memorable as soon as you step out of the car. Quick response time for any specific room service or a request.Breakfast had all the variations ranging from continental, mediterranean, north indian to basic oats khichdi with desi ghee!(very useful for elderly and kids). Being located in the most significant, sector 17, does presents ample options to shop and explore this beautiful city. Needless to say, one of my best stays with family and...

She made sure our family had everything we needed. My kids loved her. Our room was cleaned every day by Jot, who did an amazing job. She made our beds and replaced all of our towels. Whatever we asked for, she was happy to do. Abishek on the reception desk was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable. The door and security staff were...

“Great property with great amenities.”

“Very very steep & long driveway — served our food order to someone else in front of us & when confronted they chose not to charge us — awful experience Lot of construction going on in the living quarters area. My 85 year old mother was with me — too many up & down stairs — only way to access the rooms. Not convent for us. ”
