“Arrival & Atmosphere We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty. During our stay, most facilities appeared closed, including dining and the spa. It’s unclear whether these are only available in peak season. “Our room was clean and comfortable, though the walls are papert hin and we could hear everything from the accommodation next door. The grounds needed some cleaning up as there was a big pile of rubbish at the gateway to the entrance of our accommodation and the laundry facilities were very dirty.”

“Friendly staff, nice room in general. Getting to the facility was difficult due to recent traffic changes. Despite instructions, I got lost almost every time returning to the room. Bed matress was very well worn, body indents present on each side, probably time for a refresh. Pillows were flat. Large roach in the shower and bug bites while in the room, hopefully just mosquitos.”

“The new owners are friendly, welcoming and hardworking! The motel is old but rooms have been refurnished, ... .new fridge, kitchen appliances, carpet, tv, bed, couch.... and were spacious and comfortable. Location is great...good restaurant next door, short walk to town, bus route. Price is very reasonable for what you are getting.. there is even guest laundry with washing and dryer facilities available for $4 per cycle. ”

It's nice they have also a self laundry, very important for us who were travelling for a lot of days.
