Malmaison York
The real problem is that the spa is not working and that’s the reason why I stayed in the hotel. I should have been notified same way I got a message about how busy is the restaurant and that needs to be booked beforehand.

The bed headboard in the room was badly worn out would not expect this from a five star hotel and huge amount of dust on it

Goodramgate Apartments
Really central. Excellent check in support, allowing us to leave bags. Things just abbit tired, dishwasher was broken and left with stagnant water which was quite smelly
