“We always chose Drury Inn’s when available to where we are going. We have never had a bad experience. They are alway clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Their food is always hot and tasty.”

“We had a phenomenal stay at Embassy Suites! The staff was all so friendly and we enjoyed their outdoor patio where we could sit by a fire and enjoy a cocktail. Probably the best part of our stay was a very sweet man named Mort, who greeted us every morning at breakfast and cleared our dishes while making conversation and wishing us blessings!”

“Did not care for the breakfast. If you are a health conscious person, then you will like the breakfast, however, if you like a waffle or pancakes and sausage or bacon during the week you can forget about it, not happening.”

“The staff were very friendly and it was fine for a stop one night on the way kind of place. The room did have a weird odor to it and the overall look of the building and floors needs some updates Forsure. But was ok for a quick sleep.”

“I really didn't like the microwave breakfast sandwiches. Maybe give the guests a choice of microwaving their own sandwich. It would be nice to have one microwave for each floor in the ice bend area to make it easier for the senior citizens. ”

“Breakfast room was small. Our king room was small. The bathroom was small. Thankfully it was all clean!”

“The staff was polite but the room wasnt good. To start the entry door latch was loose. Then the bathroom door handle fell off. There was dust on the bathroom counter and the shower floor was uneven, you where standing in 2 inches of water while showering. We didnt voice our concerns with the staff, we just made do.”

“Check in took 20 min The landscaping is a mess The room was not cleaned to a reasonable standard The ceiling in the shower drops plaster when you’re showering The recliner wouldn’t close The heating vent in the bedroom was rusted and falling apart The bath towels a barely a step above paper towels The electric receptacles are so worn, plugs wouldn’t stay in We’ll have to take Sonesta off our list”

“Friendly staff and clean room. I did have to ask for washcloths that were not stocked and 2 ice machines were out of order but was able to walk around and find a working machine. Outdoor patio and pool area was very well kept.”
