Servizi buoni e personale cortese.”

“Very friendly staff especially Karan at reception”

“I arrived at the hotel very late night and tired, and I had to wake up early for my 8:00 a.m. flight. While walking barefoot in the room, I felt something sharp under my foot — it was a piece of nail that a previous guest had cut and left on the floor, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It was obvious the room was not clean, but since I needed to rest, I decided to mention it at the reception before leaving. I even brought the piece of nail and explained what happened at check-out, no...

“The room was a little bit old, but staff was nice and gym was well equipped.”

“The staff were lovely particularly the receptionist and the room was adequately clean. The only issue was the location which was a nightmare to get to because of the busy traffic however there were no other issues. The only reason I wouldn't stay again is for the traffic on an evening but other than that it was a lovely stay thank you”

“Lovely place and rooms were great. Some of staff didn’t know how to check us in It’s a pub, and luckily we had booked for food… the pub was very food dominated and wouldn’t have felt comfortable just drinking… food was good and place lovely though”

“nice hotel. strategic for my business trip. ”

“I’ve booked two standard for a trip in April 26. On arrival, we were given a family room and informed that that was the last room they had available. And given our health condition that’s the reason we chose the option after a healthy discussion and pointing out our health needs. An indicating that “Grand” should...
