Check in was fine but as experienced the last time… the receptionist tends to walk away from the front desk for other chores which means you have to wait for too long to get attention ”
“Absolutely amazing stay at the Witches Falls Cottages. Contrary to what Expedia says on the listing there is a reception/check in at the property, we even got a text msg to say our cottage was ready before 2pm so we could check in early! The price in the restaurant for the breakfast are very high and the quality and service of the food were poor.
Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs.

“I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was. This motel is on the corner of two very busy roads, but the design of the rooms means very little road noise was heard. I would stay here again. Nice to have a table and chairs and decent size mugs! No microwave or utensils though which would have been nice. Eatery options and a supermakert across the road. ”
