“The owners were very accommodating. Luci lent to me a backpack, bu repellent, sun screen, and even books to read. The bed was comfortable. The room was huge. A large water dispenser was provided with water. The view from the room and long balcony was fabulous. The friendly macaw made my stay very special and memorable in a good way. The experience was excellent, with standout service from our Local Host, Eduardo, and delightful dinners at the Kobo (Asian) and Italiano Lía restaurants “Love the Mixology drinks” The Rooftop Garden pool on the 11th floor offers stunning views. Overall, it’s a highly recommended getaway, especially the Escénica spa paying most of it with Resort Credits.”

“Salta all'occhio lo staff numerosissimo ma non sempre all'altezza di una struttura del genere. Sembra un esercito senza un vero comandante! Fastidiosa e' l'insistenza nel lanciare continui messaggi finalizzati alla cosiddetta "mancia". Ottimo il ristorante messicano e quello francese, non altrettanto quello italiano. Più che buona la colazione e il luncheonette a buffet che propone tantissimi piatti gustosi della cucina messicana.”
