“Amazing service and friendly staff”

“The room was never cleaned. There was fecal matter on the toilet. And live and dead roaches on the floor, shower and refrigerator. I went immediately to office to complain and ask for another room. Per A Richard Patel ( female ) she told me they were booked and she can come and clean the room later. I told her if that is your way of cleaning no thanks, so she gave me a bunch of cleaning products and I cleaned myself. Slept with lights on because of the roaches and left the next morning. Got in...

“This property is very out dated. It is need of upgrades. But if you a looking for a cheap stay and convenience then perhaps this can work. Please note that the breakfast is not worth mentioning. It's a pack of outmeal and teabags. Not even bagels, donuts or anything like that. A few pieces of fruit. There was some muffins but when I tried eating it was so stale and dry I almost choked.”

“Nice clean room. Bed and pillows real comfy. Friendly staff and located nice facinity of Hampton Coliseum and Mall. Pool was not as inviting. But overall stay was good and would stay again.”

“No amenities, shower had standing water in it , walls and baseboards were dirty, base of the toilet was dirty,and the bathroom mirror had a film over it that you couldn't even see yourself in it. Was quite tho”

“Bed covers had holes n them Jacuzzi jets didn't work, couldn't control the water Roach n tub Sheets were dirty n end up getting sick ”

“Rennovated, really clean rooms. Normal size fridge was nice to have. Owner is on site and really accommodating if you need to extend the stay. ”

“Room, Major damage, hole in the closet door and more. Dirty, dirty EVERYWHERE, It was so bad I didn't let my feet touch the floor, the bed sheets were clean but that was all, No outlets, 120 or usb, I would've rated the stay an eighth of a star but this interface will not let you. ”
