“Great breakfast”

“There was no hot water in the room I stayed in took me 20 mins to check in no staff at the front counter the room was clean but there was no microwave in the room”

“This motel is an older, 2-story establishment, but very clean. They appear to be doing some renovations.The window A/C unit was fairly loud & kept waking us up. It is in a good location for people traveling on I-20. It has a very limited breakfast, in a small lobby. For the price, this was a reasonable deal.”

“Seems like it was great in its heyday but on the downswing. Valet services were definitely understaffed at peak times making valet fees well-overpriced. Indigents constantly panhandling around the hotel making it pretty scary after dark. Two of three elevators were out of order increasing elevator wait times at a very busy hotel.”

“This place looks nothing like the picture and it should be shut down. The refrigerators and microwaves are rusty. The rooms have mold and are very dirty. The rooms had a foul scent. The toilets and bathtubs were stained. Some of the comforters had cigarettes burns in them. The bed sheets were dirty and discolored. I tried to cancel but expedia didn't allow. The first two rooms were worse than the rooms we were given. I was very disappointed in Expedia and Wyndham for allowing this type...

“No body wash in shower. Used bar of soap on bathroom sink. Left over hair in bathroom sink. Breakfast bar had no utensils”

“When i entered the lobby you could smell that it was an old hotel and it smelled like mold. Unfortunately the the bathroom had paint peeling off the ceiling like it had a water leak and the vent fan had years of dust caked on it. I reported to the front desk that i had been bitten while sleeping. I reported that they may want to close room 202 down until it was taken care of. The water constantly ran in the tub. “Holes in the walls, vandals hanging around outside and it’s 11pm outside the front entrance and the staff allowed it. Loud parties in the main entrance on the 19th with people yelling when I just drove 8 hours and I was exhausted.”
