“The rooms were dirty overall. The floor was not vacuumed before arrival, there was significant black mold in the bathroom because it doesn't have an exhaust fan, and you have to specifically ask for room service each day. Breakfast was okay. Staff were friendly at least.”

“Hotel was clean, needed a few updates, breakfast was ok, had a slight musty smell but no Fabaloso or any other room scents. Hotel staff was nice, indoor pool had problems so call before landing there if you have children.”

“Construction going on, randoms(may have been workers no uniforms)sitting on phone on stairwell no cameras by the way. Someone was sitting by our room door charging their phone in an outlet. Drink machine did not work in breakfast area but room was nice and clean”

“The room was arranged very nicely. The temperature was set to welcoming temperature. The bathroom was very clean. I didn’t have contact with staff and I did not have the time for breakfast, although it did look good. Maybe next time.”

“The place was over all RELAXING. It’s in a very quiet area. You don’t hear outside traffic or noise. I will definitely be back just for a relaxing stay. It was clean, the breakfast was fresh and good. Overall just a wonderful experience.”

“Holes in the walls, vandals hanging around outside and it’s 11pm outside the front entrance and the staff allowed it. Loud parties in the main entrance on the 19th with people yelling when I just drove 8 hours and I was exhausted.”

“Seems like it was great in its heyday but on the downswing. Valet services were definitely understaffed at peak times making valet fees well-overpriced. Indigents constantly panhandling around the hotel making it pretty scary after dark. Two of three elevators were out of order increasing elevator wait times at a very busy hotel.”
