“The staff was very helpful with my veteran son and myself so he could secure some housing.”

“Lightning for the bathroom sink area was inadequate! The air conditioning did not maintain temperature well. The weighted cover was, in my opinion, way too warm. It helped emphasize the irregularities of the air conditioner. Food was good. Room was quiet. People were all nice.”

One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. “Elevator was sketching. Building looks like they slapped some paint on it and called it good. Rooms were okay and bed was comfy. Terrible asphalt smell outside when you get to the property. Definitely felt the pictures on here made it look nicer than it was.”

“The hotel was filthy and to make matters worse had NO hot water. I tried to get a refund to move elsewhere, but the manager refused. However, when confronted about the hot water situation, he just shrugged his shoulders and replied "sorry, nothing I can do"”

“Well this hotel was quite a find, as was the town of Rockford. Wow, we had a great stay and the staff were amazingly helpful. The White Pine bike trail is about a block away. Beautiful trail. We only rode it about 26 miles, but what a gem to have in your town! Great hotel and we met friendly, happy people wherever we went.”

L'impiegata alla reception è stata molto cortese e gentile nell'offrire tutto il suo supporto ma alla fine ho dovuto effettuare, tramite expedia, una nuova prenotazzione con prezzo notevolmente maggiorato.
