"Great location downtown but for a Crown Plaza Hotel it was pretty average - felt worn, tired and old. AC shot off while we were out for the evening and room was stuffy upon return (hallway was really cold). We had to turn it off and back on again and it took a while to catch up on a hot August evening. ..."

"There was everything that someone could need and more. The location in te city was great. Clean bed, we slept great even if the bed was kinda stiff. "Property was nice, clean. Could use a loveseat. Very walkable area & places to eat/drink. Check in was cumbersome. Glad the front desk attendant was helpful. Our code wouldn't unlock the apartment door and had to call for help & got a new door code."
