“This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there.”

“We stayed here previously, and would stay here again, if we ever came back to the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything about this hotel is nice, although the bathroom is a little cramped, but the shower is spacious with ample hot water and water pressure. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool is large and laned for swimming. The gym is small but very adequate with a pulley machine, dumbbells, adjustable bench, a stationary bike and a really cool and easy...

“Very good overall stay considering the price point. Staff were great and responsive. Competent and friendly. Room condition very clean and bed was super comforable. Hallway rugs need replacing and walls are quite thin.”

“The lady that checked me in was wonderful and very nice. The door by where I parked never locked and that concerned me, as the property was not secured. Walking through to get to my room with my children was unpleasant as the building reeked of marijuana. I understand it is legal in the state but I was not expecting to encounter it at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable - so the staff were great!”

“A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. ”

“We have stayed here probably fifteen times or more and it seems to us that things are getting pretty lax. There was no soap in shower, no kleenixes in holder, and the room smelled musty. When trying to obtain two extra towels, no one appeared at front desk for five minutes and then I left. Then front desk girl on Sunday told us breakfast was at six, but didn't start til seven. Maybe comfort suites is a better option next time.”
