“Had a wonderful time at the tavern. Food was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed a swim in the pool.”

“Had to switch our first room because of heavy smoke smell and bathroom door wouldn’t open fully. Second room better but bathtub filthy and floor tiles cracked and toilet ‘spit’ water when flushed. I would not consider these rooms suites as they are very small with 2 full size beds with hardly any room to get around them and a fold out couch which was actually a very comfy bed. Pool towels were never stocked. Had to ask for everything. Gone the whole day and room still wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast...

“The wallpaper was peeling in the room and hallways. The hallways were dark and not air conditioned. Everything was old and in need of repair. The restaurant wasn't open and the breakfast was a small pastry in a to-go box. The pool was freezing and cloudy. The TV was very small and not streaming services adaptable. There is also no microwave in the rooms. I was there two nights and never saw house keeping. Aurora is a nice neighborhood, this hotel might have been nice 20 years ago but not now.”

“Vary clean. Super comfortable beds and pillows. The staff is friend and vary helpful Almost like staying with family They keep upgrading the property. If you make a suggestion and it's a good one they actually make the change. I always feel at home here”

“Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!”

“There was a very loud fan running in the bathroom that was so loud, it kept us up all night. Even with the door closed it was obnoxiously loud.”

“Before entering the hotel, there was no parking due to so many trailers in the parking lot. I asked if they had additional parking and was told no. Even though this is supposed to be a smoke free facility, there were a number of people smoking pot inside. The carpet was quite stained and there were hairs in the bathroom. We booked a room that was supposed to sleep 5 but there were only two double beds (no pull out sofa). The hot tub had dirt and grime floating in the bubbles.”
