“there was rubbish outside near the bushes, noticed it hadnt been picked up by room service staff as they passed it- several days. need a small desk in the room. fridge overflow tray from freezer had defrosted and overflowed- creating a towel soaking mess. bed was very hard, need a new mattress. parking very tight. location on the lake, swimming pool delightful. free washing machines great. ”
