“The hotel is lovely, despite its downtown location. It was loud with lots of traffic outside, but the room was comfortable and clean. The hotel does not allow you to check in without a credit card, however, and does not have the option to pay a cash deposit. Every other hotel we've stayed in across Canada allows this (not everyone has credit cards). “The hotel is in a great location, but it is noisy. Our room faced the road and could hear vehicles outside. As it is a busy shopping area, there was constant traffic. If noise bothers you, ask for a room facing the back of the hotel.”
