“Sono rimaso delusi dalla mancata efficienza e gentilezza del personale della reception che ha bloccato le chiavi delle camere per errore senza scusarsi per il disagio. La colazione inclusa consiste in un sacchetto da asporto contenente una banana,un muffin,uno yogurt,una barretta di cereali e mezzo litro di acqua.
