Highly recommended! Very attentive personnel, good housekeeping, big lobby, classy restaurant / bar. And what a fantastic view out of window!!! Romantic landscapes to paint, relax, meditate and be happy! The core of Baku iwhich s Bulevard is opposite the hotel so you go for a walk immediately crossing the street. Other central points are reachable in 5 - 7 minutes. Classy sounourn in the core of splendid city ;)))

Convenient location. Some of the staff provided good service but some seems really frustrated when you clarified with them about certain mistakes they made. The room key doesnt work for me everyday! Even from the second time onwards, I never kept it near my phone!

We had the Caspian sea view which was perfect. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had some time to look through some of the books on display in the lobby which gave me further insight into this beautiful country. Decent sized mall steps away and much larger mall at 28 May area which is around 5-10 min drive (I walked there in about 1/2 hr and love the area.) Would definitely stay here again when in Baku.

My stay was okay. It’s in a convenient location close to the sea, downtown, and a mall. I would return. The bed was really the only thing that was uncomfortable.

I had a great experience. They checked in was incredible. The manager, Mr. OZHAN was extremely courteous professional offer me an upgrade and I had the opportunity to upgrade with. Yes an extra charge, but it was really worth it because I had to opportunity to have a beautiful ocean view in the 11th floor with a terrace which I highly recommend for whoever wants to have a fantastic night. he like I said was very attentive. He realize that it was our anniversary. And he went an extra mile being very courteous, making us feel at home for our wonderful anniversary. The place was fantastic. Location was incredible very close to everything and again, Mr. Ozhan is somebody to recognize. There is a lot of shopping around. The cinema is right across the street. Excellent place.

Nice stay, with very hospitable staff from reception to the bar and restaurant. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. Location is good, just across from Bulva Park mall, and Caspian sea coast line.

Very helpful and welcoming team - great location
We were very glad we chose this hotel. We wanted a clean hotel with all the essential amenities, knowing that we would be out and about most of the time, so that we did not in room luxury as such. Cleanliness and space were more important. The staff were very helpful, expecially in giving tips for evenings out and in arranging a clinic to come in and do our pre-departure covid pcr tests. Thank you Aynur for recommending Nargiz Restaurant! Toiletries are relatively simple but perfectly adequate. I ordered a room service breakfast one morning and it was lovely. Lots of fresh, tasty fruit, bread, cheeses and omelette. Great value for money. The hotel is well located for a gentle stroll into the main centre around Fountain Square and also for the corniche as well as having the Park Bullvar shopping mall right opposite. Our sea view rooms gave onto a lovely view of the Caspian Sea and the corniche. Thank you to all the team for their welcome and ever present helpfulness with any request.
