“Bleach odor was over-powering and gave us a headache!!Check-in process was not communicated via VRBO app as promised which required me to contact them via multiple phone calls and emails, creating undue stress. (Truly not a VRBO rental :/ )Non-early check-in (1 hour would’ve been nice), which a hotel would’ve allowed, and this place was more like a long-stay hotel, not a VRBO. One staffer said “yes” to our room being ready, then retracted the offer.What’sApp preferred communication method but...

“Plusses: very clean, near beach, Minuses: sterile, uncomfortable, and minimal decor, drilling sounds from work being done, terrace looks out on a parking lot and is below an overpass, front desk staff are unpleasant, reading lamp by bed not functional, walls thin - could hear baby screaming in next room”

“Location was very good, near the airport and only 7 min by car to the beach. Breakfast was simple and good and all the staff we encountered was kind. The room was clean and modern and the cherry on top was the free parking. A few things we didn’t like: the pool water was misty and they charged us 2 dollar for each peace of luggage we left the reception after the check out (no other hotel in our trip did it).”

“I came here for one night because of my cruise and it was worth it. The pool and gym was enough for our stay and there is a pay shuttle every hour to the cruise port. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Staff was friendly and there are great food options in the hotel and across the street. I will be returning for my next cruise”
