For golfers, Bala Golf Course is just 0.5 miles away. Take a ride on Bala Lake Railway (5.5 miles), canoe across Afon Tryweryn at the National White Water Centre (4 miles) or visit the world-famous mountain bike centre at Coed y Brenin (24 miles). There’s lots to see and do within a 20-mile radius including Zip World, Bounce Below, Harlech’s castle and sandy beach, St David’s links golf course and the seaside town of Barmouth. This really is an all-year-round destination.

Outside there is a patio to the front of the property facing the former farm courtyard with bistro table and chairs, perfect for afternoon tea or a sundowner, with a bench for morning coffee at the back accessed from the patio doors.
