The property was beautiful and our room (king size) was modern and warmly appointed. Lovely walk in shower with stone floors and trim. Beautiful. “We had stayed here last year, and the rooms were clean as expected from our previous visit. The only issue we had was that there was no not water. I understand things can happen, but it's how issues are dealt with that is important. When we called the front desk, they advised that they were aware of the issue - it was affecting all of the rooms. They took my name a number and said they would make it right. “Tile floor had a slick dry film on it. Fitted bed sheet kept coming off on the corner. Smoke detector on the ceiling is expired past 10 yrs old and may not sense smoke and protect occupants. Staff is very nice and helpful.”

“The first night of my stay was good except for the air conditioning problem. The thermostat was not cooling properly. I called front desk and they came up to my room and tried to fix it. The desk agent gave me another room and that made me happy and relieved.”
