On the ground floor of the 140 m² house there is a comfortable living-dining area with an open, very well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower/WC. From the kitchen and the living room there is access to the covered, secluded terrace with barbecue.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (bath, WC, bidet), a bedroom with double bed and another bathroom with shower/WC.
The house is air-conditioned and equipped with pellet-fuelled underfloor heating, WiFi is available, and guests also have access to a washing machine.
