Lots of Period Features, Needs a bit of TLC
good location with lots of on street parking, this hotel offers apartment stays in period building with some fine period features including high ceilings. There definitely needs to be some maintenance to shower caulking and grout and the shower fixture itself must have been broken by a previous guest and was no longer adjustable which is not good. The sound proofing between 2 bedrooms with the doors shut was deplorable and you could hear your friends turn over it was so bad...might not be good for couples wanting privacy once the door is closed! The kitchen offers basic sachets of coffee/tea and cookies and there was milk in the fridge...no dishwasher. No reception during our stay...lockbox key access and key drop...not sure how you would pay for minibar??? Old photos of Ballarat would be preferable to the Eiffel Tower!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was clean and well set up. Had a slight delay when getting our room access but this was sorted very quickly

In addition to a couple of minor things in the bathroom which were broken, we found our room to be a little noisy. Both from the road and the apartment above.

The rooms are beautifully clean and modern. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The only downside was there is not a lift to get to the second floor with your luggage and post chemotherapy this was also challenging.

Have stayed here twice but 6 years apart and certainly does not disappoint. Absolutely stunning property. Beds are Devine to sleep ion and it is immaculately clean. Highly recommend.

I would say you need to have the room re-photographed as it looks a lot smaller and darker in the photo online - the picture doesn't do the room justice. Unfortunately the fridge made a noise all night and I could hear the person snoring in the next room.

The room was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, very modern, styled very well. Kitchenette with microwave & bar fridge. Fantastic bathroom. Very quiet. Didn't hear any other guests. I was able to extend my stay with no issue at all. I also asked (Cassie) for late check-out an hour before I was due to check-out and there was no issue. All communication was fantastic. Highly recommended and will stay here again. Thanks for a great stay

Have stayed here before, and it's always quiet, clean & comfortable. The beds are maybe the most comfy I've ever stayed in. Easy walking distance to cafes and shops - we even found a place doing coffee on Christmas morning!

Everything (almost) about Premier Apartments pleases. There were just two small niggles - the kitchenette needs a light and the shower tiles are slippery. Otherwise, we can highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay again.
