“The pools weren't open yet, it just hasn't been warm enough but we were hoping to at least enjoy the hot tub but when we got there they had some construction and something went wrong with it so it wasn't working. I wasn't expecting sound proof by any means but the walls are VERY thin and you hear EVERYTHING!! And the room temperature kept going up and down all night, weird but not unbearable.”

“I was really disappointed with my stay at Bayshore Resorts. From the start, the room felt incomplete, no clock, no phone, not even a pen and pad. The balcony was dirty, mirrors grimy, and no washcloths in the bathroom. And when you say ‘resort,’ you expect some basics, like a coffee maker or lite breakfast. There weren’t any. “The room is fine. I did not like having to park my vehicle, offsite and walking even further to another hotel and go to their office to check into my hotel.”

Expedia contacted the property manager regarding the discrepancy, and despite my providing screenshots clearly showing the property advertised as pet friendly, the refund request was denied. This was extremely disappointing customer service, especially given that this was a mid-week, off-season reservation with very low likelihood that the room would have otherwise been occupied. “The room was very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice with many options to choose from. I loved the little scones!!! We sat out on the patio and had breakfast overlooking the water which was lovely. ”
