Hotel a Ballico

“Overall the stay at this hotel was good. However, the floor in my room was very dirty. I let the staff know it was dirty but it didn't seem like they cleaned it after I let them know so wasn't happy about that. Also, I did not like that there was no included breakfast. Given the price of the room their should be a complementary breakfast. Those are my only complaints as the hotel was actually nice and so was the staff. The pool and spa was great as well.”

“The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It had a kitchen, but absolutely no kitchen items. Not even a coffee maker or cups for coffee (not even paper cups to use in the microwave for tea). I believe you can borrow a coffee maker but you need to bring your own cups and coffee. There is a Starbucks close by. We had 2 small bath towels and 2 wash cloths, no hand towels or bathmat. I'm not sure if these would be provided if we asked. Our room was on the 4th floor. “Good hotel for the price. Breakfast not excellent, but good enough. Big and clean room. Warm welcome. Pool available. Easy parking. A little bit far from the town, but only 10 minutes by car. However close to freeway. ”
