“Very good hotel. We've been there for a stop-over: it's a convenient location close to the highway (and nice shopping malls too); the staff has been very professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Very much appreciated also the availability 24/7 of hot coffee and tea. The indoor pool with Jacuzzi, everything accessible, has also been very much appreciated. The room was spacious and with very comfortable beds. The large availability of parking (for free) made the short stay...

“New hotel, large, clean rooms that were well appointed. Good quality food at small restaurant/bar near the front desk area of the hotel. 24/7 shuttle service to airport was excellent and on time as well.”

“This was a terrible experience. The hotel itself did not feel safe, people outside were doing drugs and alcohol at all hours. The refrigerator did not work, the tv did not work. The front desk refused a refund, the owner hung up on me when I called asking for some type of refund. The bathroom ceiling looked like it could cave in, the shower had rust stains. Stay far away from this hotel they should be shut down.”

“Unhelpful front desk staff. Walls paper thin and you can hear everything. Other guests allow their kids to scream and play in hallway like it was a romper room. With paper thin walls, their noise was unacceptable and not addressed by staff.”

“The room was disgusting. The tub was dirty, sheets barely covering the lumpy and squeaky mattress, the curtains were stained and dusty and the couch / sofa bed was covered in stains. We always stay at Hampton Inns and this was no where near the quality we have come to expect from Hilton. How this place has such a high rating on Expedia is a mystery. It’s in desperate need of an update and was hands down, the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. If I could give this place zero stars I would.”
