“The appliances were dated, the dryer didn’t dry but the house was well stocked with dishes and necessities. We did have a few issues. The door to the patio wouldn’t lock and a bathroom sink drain was stuck. We reported the problems and they were not repaired before the end of the stay. We did have an enjoyable visit overall. The golf course and hotel were very beautiful and well maintained. We really liked the space and it worked out well for our group.”

“The Grooms Cottage was a rustic wonderful stay. It is in the country but really not far from shops. Having only 1 bathroom was a little difficult in the morning with 5 adults but they are working on an upstairs one, it just wasn't ready for our stay. I definitely would come back to the Grooms Cottage!”

“This was the perfect accommodation for a 3 generation family. The welcome basket was a good example of the thoughtful management. We also chose to have a home cooked meal provided on our first night of arrival which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel.”

“So much love is put in and arround the cottage. It‘s lovely, big and cosy. The kids loved pony Buster, the chicken, alpaca susan, the playground in and outdoors. We will come back- no doubt!”

“If you don't want the noise, hustle and bustle of the city, stay at Borahead Lodge. A peaceful, quiet cottage only minutes from dining, groceries and Dublin. It's a short drive (40 minutes) from Dublin airport. 20 minute drive to the Red Cow park and ride Luas station so you don't have to fight Dublin downtown traffic. Bridie (our friendly host) gave great advice about the area and shared pears from her orchard. If we're ever back in Ireland, we will be staying here.”

“Had a great stay at the decoy country cottages. Centrally located to see many sights. Visited the hill of Tara, Loughcrew Cairns and also do a walk along the Bourne valley which started at ramparts. Close to shopping centers and getting to Dublin was an easy drive as well. Has a great time here.”

“This was a great place to stay with my family. It had everything that we needed. My kids enjoyed the outdoor play area, as well as the indoor lounge. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities and the beds were comfortable. We slept so well and felt at ease in the home. Thank you so much!”

“Our host, Eva, was incredibly responsive to every inquiry. She also had excellent recommendations on local sights for our party. The kitchen came stocked with a few niceties such as bread, croissants, butter, jam, milk and juice. Beds were quite comfortable and we enjoyed resting while watching the sheep and listening to the birds. Perfect place to stay for our first two nights in Ireland!”
