“Our stay was perfect. The pictures on the app along with the narrative were spot on. We enjoyed the view and quiet environment and watching the cows come in for milking and go back out. John was a good instructor for milking cows and was a lot of fun. I will recommend this spot to my friends or anyone else looking for this kind of stay.”

“We had a wonderful family vacation here! The home is modern, clean, and fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay, which is so helpful if you’re coming from far away. The location and view are beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The property manager is kind, prompt and very helpful. Our three young children enjoyed the bunk beds and the outdoor area. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Perfect location to explore Connemara and a lovely property, beautifully renovated for a most comfortable stay. Lovely hosts with great suggestions and a playful dog to make us feel at home. We particularly loved fly fishing at Ballynahinch Castle (Hugh as our guide), exploring the Killary fjord area (scenic cruise was nice) and Kylemore Abbey, the ferry to Aran islands. “The cottage was lovely, just as advertised. David, the host, met us on arrival. He was so welcoming and friendly. The best part of the day was returning home to the cottage after traveling around. We especially loved that the cottage is on David's farm. The sunrises were beautiful. We will miss the village of Adare and David's puppies who greeted us each day. ”

“Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. “Lovely, well-designed and well-equipped house, charming hosts, beautiful area. Lots of information on its flora, fauna and history among the well-lined bookshelves. Car needed, good shopping facilities in nearby Letterfrack and Clifden. Fresh fish for sale in Letterfrack on Thursday and Friday mornings. All six of us (one Irish, two Germans, three French) were delighted with our stay.”

“What a magnificent home! We loved staying here. The home is exactly as described in the listing. The view of Kenmare Bay right on the water was lovely and it was fantastic to be in a quiet setting with the just the sounds of the waves, the breeze, and at times the rain.. The home is in excellent condition. And it is a great location for day trips to some Irelands most enchanting locations. We look forward to returning!”
