“We spent a week in Spiddal Cottage. The location suited us very well, it is half an hour from Galway with and on the doorstep of all Connemara has to offer. It is walking distance to the village. The house is spotless with a very well equipped kitchen. Patsy , the owner, was very welcoming with milk in the fridge so that we could have a cuppa when we arrived and a generous fruit bowl to keep us healthy during our stay. I would recommend.”

“STOP LOOKING, STAY HERE!We've never been to this beautiful country before, so our booking process was not researched or thought out. We saw the posting and decided it was the one for us, on a hunch. “Lovely, well-designed and well-equipped house, charming hosts, beautiful area. Lots of information on its flora, fauna and history among the well-lined bookshelves. Car needed, good shopping facilities in nearby Letterfrack and Clifden. Fresh fish for sale in Letterfrack on Thursday and Friday mornings. All six of us (one Irish, two Germans, three French) were delighted with our stay.”
