“We spent a week in Spiddal Cottage. The location suited us very well, it is half an hour from Galway with and on the doorstep of all Connemara has to offer. It is walking distance to the village. The house is spotless with a very well equipped kitchen. Patsy , the owner, was very welcoming with milk in the fridge so that we could have a cuppa when we arrived and a generous fruit bowl to keep us healthy during our stay. I would recommend.”

“Lovely, well-designed and well-equipped house, charming hosts, beautiful area. Lots of information on its flora, fauna and history among the well-lined bookshelves. Car needed, good shopping facilities in nearby Letterfrack and Clifden. Fresh fish for sale in Letterfrack on Thursday and Friday mornings. All six of us (one Irish, two Germans, three French) were delighted with our stay.”

“La maison est très bien située au centre du Connemara. Il y a déjà une jolie petite balade sur la coline d'en face. Bien que la route principale passe en bordure, le bruit ne gêne pas. Le terrain apparait trop bitumé, la maison sans grand caractère, mais l'intérieur est vraiment agréable, très lumineux (dormez avec un masque car jamais de volet dans le pays). Seuls défauts : odeur de fuel près de l'évier de la cuisine; système d'eau à l'étage tonitruant (drôle, mais à couper la nuit !), et...

“Nice appartment (half of a house), at 10min from from Kinvara.A vehicule is necessary to move from there, it's far from almost everything (5/10min by car for the first shop), but the location is beautiful.The owners are lovely, quick to answer and easily available.”

“Zunächst hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in Clifden! Das Ferienhaus hat uns leider etwas enttäuscht, da es online viel heller, freundlicher und moderner wirkte. Das Haus roch seltsam, im OG konnte ein Fenster nicht richtig geschlossen werden, die Rollos waren zum Teil defekt und somit unbeweglich. Wir haben diverse Hinterlassenschaften unserer Vorgänger gefunden (Trauben unterm Sofa, angelutschte Lollis). Die Duschen waren schwergängig und hatten sehr wenig Druck. “We were there to play Connemara Golf Club multiple times and it was the perfect location. It was about 100 yards from the entrance to the golf course so it was super convenient. ”

“We had a lovely winter break in Apartment 453. The apartment is very well kept and is clean, comfortable and quiet, with tasteful decor. Its location couldn't be better when visiting Clifden. It has restaurants, coffee shops and an array of shops on its doorstep. I also had a very helpful phonecall with the contact person prior to our holiday. He answered my query and was very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.”
