“This will go down as one of our most memorable holidays. The house was more than what was advertised. You couldn't ask for a more scenic property in Ireland with a view of Lough Corrib. The water was so refreshing. The accommodations were great, the beds were comfortable, and we slept like babies. It was centrally located to most of what we wanted to visit. “Lovely, well-designed and well-equipped house, charming hosts, beautiful area. Lots of information on its flora, fauna and history among the well-lined bookshelves. Car needed, good shopping facilities in nearby Letterfrack and Clifden. Fresh fish for sale in Letterfrack on Thursday and Friday mornings. All six of us (one Irish, two Germans, three French) were delighted with our stay.”

“Great value for money. Great location..Close to Cliften Town. Very clean and comfortable, ideal for families. Playground and tennis court could do with a bit of care. Swings tied up in playground and holes in the wire surrounding the tennis court. Weeds growing around the house are a bit off putting too...an easy fix. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend”

“We were there to play Connemara Golf Club multiple times and it was the perfect location. It was about 100 yards from the entrance to the golf course so it was super convenient. ”

“We had a lovely winter break in Apartment 453. The apartment is very well kept and is clean, comfortable and quiet, with tasteful decor. Its location couldn't be better when visiting Clifden. It has restaurants, coffee shops and an array of shops on its doorstep. I also had a very helpful phonecall with the contact person prior to our holiday. He answered my query and was very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.”

“Lovely restored stone cottage with private garden. Welcoming hosts living at the farmhouse next door who gave us advice for our stay. Great location for a trip to Inis Mohr either by ferry or plane. Handy supermarket about 5 minutes’ drive. A beautiful part of the world. Appreciated the welcome lemon drizzle cake. Only thing would say is that some of the kitchen cooking and eating equipment could do with an update.”

“Das Cottage ist unglaublich idyllisch gelegen und sehr gemütlich. Der Wintergarten hat einen traumhaften Blick in die atemberaubende Landschaft, die Ruhe ist sehr wohltuend. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Tim ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war für uns persönlich nicht so bequem und in der Küche hätten wir gerne etwas mehr Geschirr gehabt, aber das hat die wunderbaren Tage dort kaum beeinträchtigt.”

“Walking though the fields and mahair to the very quiet beach. A very welcoming house to come back to, spacious rooms and well stocked with equipment in the kitchen. Day trips to the national park hills, the smokers, Clifden, and all the coast roads, which made us appreciate the area but also value how quiet this place is after the busier tourist places.. Driving to the next beach north to watch the sunset. Lovely house well suited to it's environment and a great base for our adventures. Hot...

“Maison très lumineuse et spacieuse. Récente avec tous les équipements nécessaires ( hormis le sèche linge... dommage quand il pleut). Emplacement au calme mais tout proche des commerces et des activités de Clifden. Nous avons apprécié nous rendre à pied dans la ville.”

Sogar der Kaffee in Form von einer großen Auswahl an Nespresso war für die ganze Zeit vorhanden sowie ausreichend Holz und Torf für den Kamin. Sogar zwei Fahrräder konnten wir nutzen. Zudem viele Informationen und Karten zu Zielen in der Umgebung. Mehr geht eigentlich nicht! Was man wissen muss: Bis zur Hauptstraße...

“The Priory was lovely. The three-bedroom unit was exactly as described. It was extremely well-stocked with anything needed by a visitor. The hosts, Tim and Bernadette, were accommodating and a great source of advice on local entertainment.”

Il cottage è il luogo migliore per allontanarsi dalla routine quotidiana. Best decision ever! We popped a tire as soon as we rolled into the property.
