“Avendo prenotato all’ultimo minuto ci hanno dato una camera molto piccola e scomoda, la mattina dopo ho chiesto se potevo cambiare, e mi hanno dato una bella camera. Molto gentili alla reception, consigliato anche per la posizione.”

“The automatic check in machine wasn't working so it didn't print out room cards . I couldn't get into my room . When I phoned the help line I was told that someone would be there in 15 mins . 45 mins later someone did arrive . The problem was sorted but again later that night I couldn't get into my room 🙃. I had to check in again to get another room card. The help line was not answered when I called . However the room itself was nice , clean and comfortable. The location in town...

“Room was clean and relatively quiet. It was above a business so it was close to the street but it was not too loud. Having a "code" to enter instead of a key or card was convenient as you didn't have to worry about dropping it...you just entered the combination it and there you go! There was a convenience store just down the block so you could grab some snacks if you wanted to. It was within walking distance to most things that you would need and there were bus stops near for destinations that...
