Summary:
The Brandonwood Gate House is located in the historic Greenspring Valley. With its picturesque rolling hills, endless hiking trails, and only a stone's throw away from Baltimore City and Towson. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee looking at the sun rising over the hills. The home has 7 beds (1k/ 2q / 4t) with plush mattresses & luxury bedding. 2 full baths, 4 smart TVs, washer/dryer and closets. Sunporch sitting area that overlooks the grounds and patio, open living space with fireplace.

The Space:
There is a first-floor master with a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a rainfall shower head. The first floor also comprises a laundry room, full kitchen, dining room that seats 10, a living room with large screen TV, office space, and a sun porch. The second-floor houses 3 bedrooms, 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 twins, along with a full bathroom and laundry. Each bedroom has a closet. Outside there is a Hot Tub for 4 and a patio with a gas grill and seating for 8. The Smart Tv's have all the premium channels/subscriptions. The house is stocked with board games, books, and necessities to make your visit convenient. The house is family-friendly; pack-n-play, toys, high chair, and other amenities are provided.

No tobacco or marijuana allowed on property, fines for violations.

No more than 10 humans maximum may stay, charges for violating.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the house, patio, and lawn immediately surrounding house.

Getting Around:
No mass transit is within walking distance and street parking is not available, Uber and Lyft are both options for transportation if you do not bring a car. There is parking for a maximum of 4 cars in the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
No tobacco or marijuana, or smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed anywhere on property, $100 fine for violations plus any applicable cleaning required.

Up to two dogs/cats included in pet fee, additional animals possible for additional charge. No animals are allowed in the property, even as visitors, without paying the pet fee. It covers the extra cleaning.

Parking for maximum of 4 cars at a time in driveway, no street parking available.

Renters will not have access to the garage.

We live in another house on the property so should any situations occur that require attention we can address them quickly!
